PUBLICATIONS AS OUTREACH
Through our Parks in Print program, we produce high-quality, original publications and parks-related products that build involvement and promote neighborhood parks throughout the city. Your parks group can take advantage of these resources! Please contact our Parks in Print team through the Contact Us link on the left side to find out more about creating outreach materials for your park.
Promotional Park Materials
MAP AND GUIDES A central component of our Parks in Print program, Map & Guide brochures contain images of a neighborhood park, text describing its history, ongoing activities, and specific park features, and a detailed map of the park. A central feature of our brochures is a mail-in business reply card, which helps build the local and citywide parks constituency. These brochures are distributed through local stores and by group mailings.

MEMBERSHIP BROCHURES
Membership brochures promote the efforts of specific parks groups, while helping more advanced groups become financially sustainable. In addition to mailing the brochures to residents surrounding their park, group Fundraising Committees can distribute it-along with personalized letters-to a new list of potential supporters, consisting of contacts of past supporters, former area residents, and sponsors of park-related activities.
SUMMER EVENTS CALENDARS
For groups seeking additional publicity for their busy summer season, we have developed event calendar templates groups can use to organize and promote their activities. Like our individual park brochures, these marketing tools include helpful numbers, historical text, photos, and maps.
Here are 2002's calendars:
Baisley Pond
Park, Queens
Fort Greene

GENERAL POSTERS, FLYERS, GIVEAWAYS, AND INVITATIONS
All of the Partnerships citywide event materials feature high-quality photographs of neighborhood parks. They also display the "It's My Park!" logo, providing identification and connection with Partnerships, our activities, and our website.
The Leaflet
Our bi-monthly newsletter, the Leaflet, reaches 54,000 people on our database, informing parks supporters about recent events or exciting news at Partnerships. Each edition contains stories about successful or innovative parks groups, helpful information on workshops and technical assistance materials, and highlighted parks events and updates about new information on our website.
